We are representing a global consulting firm who are looking for a Lead Service Designer to join their central Design practice for an interim engagement. You will be working on a project in the HR & People function and will need to analyse the service experience across systems, processes and policies, with a focus on back-stage work.

We are looking for:

  • Good experience as a Senior or Lead-level Service Designer
  • Experience in large enterprise organisations
  • Experience with formal value measurement frameworks (VMFs)
