This role involves working with a diverse range of products from medical devices to industrial machinery whilst gaining valuable experience in product disassembly, testing, compliance and documentation review. About the Role

This position involves a 50/50 split between hands-on testing and document review to ensure products meet the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking apart products to understand their safety features, including PCBs, power supplies, motors and lasers.
  • Conducting tests such as oscilloscope measurements, PDM, flash testing and component-level repairs.
  • Reviewing technical documentation to verify that safety components are correctly implemented and functioning as intended.

What We're Looking For

  • HNC/HND or higher qualification in electrical/electronic engineering
  • Experience in technical testing and repair within complex electronics
  • Bonus if you have experience working in a regulated environment
