We're working with a fast-growing fintech scale-up (around 78 people and climbing) and backed by some of the biggest names in venture capital. They are on a mission to make payments free for businesses - and they're winning, with thousands of merchants and over 4 million customers already on board.
This is a front-line commercial role where you'll generate the opportunities that fuel the sales engine. You'll work in tandem with an experienced Account Executive, targeting high-value merchants and getting senior decision-makers (CFOs, Heads of Payments, E-commerce Directors) on board.
What we're after:
- Some outbound experience - sales, recruitment, telemarketing, or similar
- A confident phone manner and genuinely persuasive messaging
- Resilience and drive - you're motivated by hitting targets
- Comfort with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism et al)
- Curiosity about payments, fintech, and what makes merchants tick
What's in it for you?
- Uncapped commission with a clear path to £75k OTE
- Real career growth in a scale-up with big ambitions
- Free team lunches twice a week + socials
- Your birthday off (plus a "revival" day)
- Comprehensive private medical + 4x life insurance
- Tax-advantaged share options
You'll consistently book qualified meetings each month, map complex accounts, and run smart multi-channel outreach that challenges how businesses think about payment fees. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and the foundation of a serious sales career.
If you're hungry, resilient, and excited to help build something big, let's talk.
