Internal Communications Manager London/Hybrid £40,000-£43,000 + benefits including excellent pension I am working with a very unique, not-for-profit supply chain/retail organisation who are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their small, dynamic team. You’ll lead on implementing their internal communications strategy, carrying out hands-on communications as well as contributing to driving culture change and engagement opportunities. Day-to-day as an Internal Communications Manager, you will be: Creating and distributing content across a number of formats and channels Managing events, including organisation and communication Partnering with the CEO to lead on executive communications and messaging Developing and delivering the employee engagement strategy in partnership with the HR team Using analytics to monitor the effectiveness of your communications, and use these insights to inform your strategy moving forwards For this Communications Manager role, experience in the following would be beneficial: Experience working in a supply-chain, retail, member-owned, or FMCG environment Experience working with C-suite or very senior leaders Video editing, SharePoint site building, and project management skills are all a bonus but not an essential You’ll benefit from an excellent pension and other benefits, as well as working in a small and friendly team. This role is hybrid based out of a central London office- please note if you are not located within a commutable distance of London, we will not be able to consider your application.
