Infrastructure Engineer

Up to £65k

London or Basingstoke - 2-3x per week

We are representing a highly prestigious and industry-leading luxury consumer goods brand looking for an Infrastructure and Security Engineer to join their team. The organisation has a history stretching back over 300 years and renowned for its commitment to quality, tradition, and expertise, and has long been associated with high-profile clientele.

As the Infrastructure and Security Engineer, you will work under the Head of Service Delivery and have responsibility for the company's IT infrastructure, cloud services, and associated Cyber Security. This role requires strategic planning, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to work with suppliers and partners.

You will:

  • Line manage a small support team
  • Design, implement & manage the organisations IT infrastructure
  • Implement robust security measures to protect IT infrastructure and cloud services

We are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components - networking, LAN/WAN, storage, servers, and data centres
  • Extensive proficiency with Azure cloud platform
  • Knowledge of Mimecast or Darktrace
  • Previous experience in, or an aptitude to manage a team
  • Excellent stakeholder management
