This is an exciting opportunity to act as a strategic partner in a vibrant environment, working closely with key stakeholders to bridge the gap between HR operations and business needs. What You'll Do: As the HR Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in: * Analysis and Reporting: Collecting and interpreting HR data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and preparing insightful reports and dashboards. * Process Improvement: Evaluating and enhancing existing HR processes, partnering with leaders to streamline workflows, and developing clear documentation for new processes. * Technology and Systems Support: Serving as a subject matter expert on HR systems, collaborating with technology teams to implement and maintain effective solutions. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Engaging with various HR leaders and teams to align strategies and communicate insights effectively. * Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring HR processes comply with regulations and identifying risks to propose effective mitigation strategies. What You Bring: * Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, with advanced skills in IBM Blueworks for process mapping. * Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving and attention to detail. * Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and a self-starter attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
