HR Business Analyst Focus on WFM in Dayforce 6-month contract, £400-£450/day Outside IR35 Hybrid near Manchester or London A leading client in the catering/hospitality sector are looking for an accomplished Business Analyst to support them in the discovery phase of their new Workforce Management implementation in Dayforce. This is an HR-focused Business Analyst role. If you have all or most of the following experience, please apply: Experience as a BA on HR projects is essential. Any experience on Workforce Management modules is an advantage. Experience with Dayforce is beneficial, but HR/WFM on other systems is also useful experience. You will be working with a huge variety of stakeholders, from ground teams to C-suite. You’ll need to have demonstrable stakeholder skills and an excellent ability to get people on board. Experience in the hospitality, catering, retail or related sectors is desirable but not essential.Please apply with a CV which clearly demonstrates the HR/HRIS/HR Transformation project experience you have as a BA.
