6-Month Contract

We're supporting an established insurance organisation looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Portfolio team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, staying on top of actions, and providing essential support to busy project teams. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, following up on actions, and helping keep delivery activities running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating meetings, workshops, and project forums
  • Taking minutes and tracking actions
  • Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and key documentation
  • Chasing updates from stakeholders and project teams
  • Preparing status reports and governance packs
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and the wider portfolio team

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, PMO Administrator, or similar support role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

If you're highly organised, enjoy working in a support-focused role, and like being the person who keeps everything on track, we'd love to hear from you.
