Our client is a global organisation with a significant presence across the UK, currently undergoing extensive technology modernisation and store expansion. The business is moving away from legacy platforms and towards modern, scalable solutions, underpinned by major investment across store, EPOS, and core retail technology.
This is a period of constant change and real momentum, making it a highly exciting time to join as the organisation reshapes how its stores operate today and in the future.
As the Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting EPOS/POS and in‐store technology solutions across a growing estate. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, store operations, and technology teams, you'll ensure requirements are clearly captured, documented, and translated into effective, scalable solutions.
You will work across initiatives covering store openings, system upgrades, legacy replacement, and operational optimisation, supporting the rollout of modern platforms while maintaining a strong focus on quality and detail.
You'll operate in a fast‐paced environment where priorities evolve frequently, requiring someone who is comfortable with change, proactive in approach, and meticulous in execution.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience working with EPOS / POS or store technology systems in a retail or multi‐site environment
- Strong background in requirements analysis, documentation, and systems change
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex information accurately
- Experience supporting technology transformation or legacy‐to‐modern migrations
- Comfortable operating in environments with ongoing change and evolving priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, technology, and third‐party teams
- Retail, hospitality, or food & beverage sector experience strongly preferred
Why This Role?
This is an opportunity to join a global business at a pivotal moment, where technology is central to growth, scale, and customer experience.
