TRIA are engaged exclusively with a Global Food & Beverage client, who require an experienced Head of Solution Architecture to lead a high‑performing architecture function within a complex, global organisation. This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape architectural strategy, lead a team of domain solution architects, and drive the design standards that underpin major platforms, products and transformation initiatives across the business. If you’re passionate about architecture excellence, leadership, and influencing technology direction at scale, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact.
The Role: You’ll be responsible for setting architectural direction, building frameworks and standards, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, scalable and strategic solution designs. You’ll also act as a trusted partner to senior business and technology leaders, ensuring architecture is tightly aligned to organisational goals. This is a visible and influential role requiring strategic thinking and exceptional leadership capability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the solution and technical architecture function, building and developing a high‑performing team.
- Own architecture roadmaps and plans across business domains and core technology platforms.
- Define, govern and continually improve architecture frameworks, methodologies and standards.
- Drive solution design quality and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and principles.
- Oversee and assure cost‑effective, future‑ready solution design.
- Lead continuous improvement of architectural practices and processes.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technology.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years in a senior or leadership architecture position.
- Proven experience leading architecture teams and building high‑performance culture.
- Strong background in developing architecture practices, processes and strategy.
- Global Food & Beverage, hospitality, or retail industry experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at senior levels.
