Location: Milton Keynes – 1 day per month onsite

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing financial services company in a newly created role as Senior Data Enablement Manager. The organisation is undergoing significant transformation, moving towards a cloud‑first, data product environment.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving enterprise‑wide data governance as the business transitions to the cloud. The company is adopting Salesforce as its SaaS platform and Snowflake as its data platform, supported by a modern data stack including Fivetran, Atlan, DBT, and Airflow.

Reporting directly to the Chief Data Officer, you’ll lead a team of three, covering Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Literacy. You’ll also act as a champion for these areas across the business, engaging with stakeholders to drive adoption and promote a data‑as‑a‑product mindset.

With AI use cases now in place and investment into Snowflake Cortex underway, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the organisation’s data is well‑positioned to support this journey.

Experience Required

• Proven experience championing Data Governance, Data Quality and literacy across a business.
• Exposure to a data‑as‑a‑product environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across IT and Operations.
• Experience in change management.
• Background in financial services, with understanding of sector‑specific regulations and GDPR.

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience with Salesforce or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of data governance in AI/ML contexts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Fivetran, Atlan, etc.
