HR Data 157 per day Basingstoke - 2 days a week onsite We re looking for an HR Data ll be supporting the HR team with the accurate processing and maintenance of employee data, producing regular reports and helping to ensure information is complete, accurate and up to date.
Key responsibilities Maintain and update employee and organisational data within the HR system.
Process employee lifecycle changes including starters, leavers, contract changes and internal moves.
Run regular HR and workforce reports and analyse the data in Excel.
Produce headcount and workforce reporting, including analysis by department and other organisational areas.
Identify duplicate, missing or inaccurate records and investigate discrepancies.
Validate and reconcile employee data across HR, Payroll and Finance systems.
Produce scheduled and ad hoc management information and reports.
Support data quality checks and ensure HR records are maintained accurately.
