We are working with a confidential client to appoint an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of core insurance scheme operations. This role has responsibility for operational delivery, people management, systems, and service performance, ensuring underwriting and claims data is processed accurately and service standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead operational processes including onboarding, eligibility, and claims settlement
- Ensure accurate processing of underwriting and claims bordereaux
- Manage Operations Assistants and support complex participant queries
- Own service levels, KPIs, and continuous improvement activity
- Lead interaction with third-party system providers and vendors
- Drive data quality improvements and support systems development
Key experience required:
