A Cutover Manager is required to engage and collaborate with the Programme team, key stakeholders and business resources to develop, update, and manage the dress rehearsals & cutover plan to meet the agreed schedule for a Salesforce deployment.
Responsibilities
- Create a detailed set of Dress Rehearsal & Cutover Plans, including dependencies, preparation, as well as the actual cutover activities.
- Ensure proper cutover management controls are in place and managed to safeguard the cutover timelines.
- Run dress rehearsals and cutovers by acting as a single point of contact for major releases.
- Manage Risk, Issues, Assumptions & Dependencies.
- Produce a weekly report on progress and status of all outstanding closure activities in alignment with the IT governance requirements.
- Represent cutover team in all the programme forums to provide progress updates & highlight risks related to dress rehearsals and cutover.
- Liaise with Service Delivery and ensure necessary change management processes are followed to safely deploy changes into Production Environments.
- Support any activities related to handover of duties to Hypercare & BAU release management team.
