Our client is a fast-growing food tech platform connecting offices to fresh, sustainable meals from independent and artisan vendors across the UK. Food is at the centre of everything they do, and they're scaling quickly.
This is a newly created role, split out from a bigger function to give someone the space to properly own the business's highest-value catering accounts - the £20k+ monthly spenders - end to end.
You'll report directly into the CEO, with real autonomy to shape how the role works from day one.
What we're after:
- Real experience managing high-value corporate catering or events accounts
- A natural relationship builder, confident across multiple stakeholders in a client organisation
- Calm under pressure when something goes wrong on the day
What's in it for you:
- £45-55k base, plus a 10% OTE bonus and additional commission on renewals
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 from home
- 30 days annual leave
- Free lunch every day you're in the office, plus a weekly breakfast
- A blank page - this role is being built, not inherited
- Pension, cycle to work, eyecare, and more
You’ll own around 10 of the business's biggest catering accounts - the kind of clients where expectations are high and the relationship needs someone who can match commercial thinking with genuine on-the-ground delivery. It's roughly half quoting and curating events, and half strategic account growth - spotting where spend can grow, and making sure renewals never come as a surprise.
