We are working with an ambitious consumer brand seeking a Director of Digital & eCommerce to lead a digital transformation and accelerate online growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape the digital future of a globally recognised luxury and lifestyle brand, taking full ownership of online performance while leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of eCommerce operations, overseeing website management, promotions, stock, and pricing, as well as key partnerships.
- Champion a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints, optimising navigation, checkout, mobile performance, and CRM-driven loyalty.
- Lead the digital marketing strategy across SEO, PPC, paid social, and affiliates, ensuring budgets are optimised for acquisition, retention, and traffic growth.
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ digital / eCommerce leadership experience, ideally in retail, consumer, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of delivering growth across multi-channel eCommerce businesses.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce best practice, customer acquisition strategies, and emerging digital trends.
- Commercially driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
- Inspirational leadership style with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
