Business Analyst – Digital Depots Programme
TRIA have partnered exclusively with a global transportation company who are undergoing a large operational transformation programme. Due to this, they have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join them on an initial 6-month contract. You will be responsible for documenting and analysing current depot-based operational processes and supporting the transition from manual, paper-based workflows to new digital ways of working across transport depots.
Required experience:
- Proven Business Analyst experience in operational or transformation environments
- Experience working in transport, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or similar frontline operational settings
- Experience documenting “as-is” and “to-be” business processes
- Strong experience facilitating workshops and engaging operational stakeholders
- Comfortable working in unionised, blue‑collar environments
- Ability to translate manual processes into structured digital workflows
- Strong stakeholder management skills across operational and corporate teams
- Willingness to travel regularly to depot sites across the UK
