Our client is a well-established retailer who are seeking a Digital Solution Architect to join their IT department on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role covering all customer and digital-facing areas, with a focus on designing and delivering solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Youβll need strong communication skills, with the ability to translate high level designs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in customer-centric architectural design is essential, and previous experience in hospitality or membership-based environments will be highly beneficial.
