We are looking for a talented Agile Project Manager to take on a key role for our client. This will be a great contract to lead the mobilisation and shape the sprint-based delivery of a programme to digitise and redesign end-to-end, omnichannel customer journeys.
Key to this role is standing up a project to ensure that digital change is led by customer need and journey outcomes, to improve customer experience and remove operational inefficiencies.
