Job Description Digital Product Analyst – Hardware/Digital Solutions FTSE100 FMCG Business – Birmingham (Hybrid Working) Permanent Opportunity – £45k + Benefits Our client, a prominent FTSE100 FMCG organisation, is looking for a Digital Product Analyst to join their Digital & Technology team. You’ll be responsible for analysing the performance of their EPOS systems including hardware and software. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive hardware testing for POS terminals and digital ordering systems Perform diagnostic procedures and functionality assessments Investigate and troubleshoot hardware-related performance issues Use device management tools to monitor hardware metrics Create detailed technical reports of hardware test findings Technical Skills Required: Proven hardware testing and device management experience Understanding of POS system hardware infrastructure Proficiency in diagnostic methodologies Knowledge of hardware performance metrics Familiarity with payment solution hardware What We’re Looking For: Technical aptitude with hands-on hardware testing skills (basic testing) Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
