Delivery Lead / Scrum Master â Hybrid (Hampshire)
We are currently supporting a FTSE 250 organisation in Hampshire in their search for a highly capable Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to join on an initial 3 month contract, with strong potential for extension across future programme phases.
This is a hybrid role requiring a hands on professional who can seamlessly blend Scrum Master responsibilities with end to end delivery ownership, particularly within a complex vendorâled environment.
The Role
You will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of a key digital programme, including the implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
This position requires someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, getting into the detail, and ensuring delivery remains on track.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standâups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Act as Scrum Master for crossâfunctional teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed
Manage and coordinate external vendors responsible for product development
Take ownership of delivery outcomes, ensuring milestones and objectives are met
Proactively identify, manage, and escalat risks, issues, and dependencies
Work closely with stakeholders and vendors during the implementation of Adobe/AEP
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
