We are looking for an inquisitive Insights Analyst to join a purpose-led organisation undergoing significant growth. They are focused on creating thriving communities by investing in places and people, managing assets, supporting social and economic well-being, and collaborating with partners to improve quality of life.
Within this role, you will be responsible for turning data into insights and insights into stories, working with internal and external data to drive business decisions. You will support various stakeholders across the organisation, initiating business change through actionable insights to help answer key business questions.
We are looking for an individual that:
- Has in depth knowledge of analytical tools including Microsoft Power BI (DAX and M language), R / Python, SQL management studio
- Is a natural problem solver, and has the confidence to ask questions and push back
- Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and the business
It would be a bonus if you:
- Have experience of using Azure DevOps
