An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing financial services company in a newly created role as Senior Data Enablement Manager. The organisation is undergoing significant transformation, moving towards a cloud-first, data product environment.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving enterprise-wide data governance as the business transitions to the cloud. The company is adopting Salesforce as its SaaS platform and Snowflake as its data platform, supported by a modern data stack including Fivetran, Atlan, DBT, and Airflow.

Reporting directly to the Chief Data Officer, you’ll lead a team of three, covering Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Literacy. You’ll also act as a champion for these areas across the business, engaging with stakeholders to drive adoption and promote a data-as-a-product mindset.

With AI use cases now in place and investment into Snowflake Cortex underway, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the organisation’s data is well-positioned to support this journey. Experience Required:

  • Proven experience championing Data Governance and Data Quality
  • Exposure to a data-as-a-product environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across IT and Operations
  • Strong people management experience
  • Experience in change management
  • Background in financial services, with understanding of sector-specific regulations and GDPR

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience with Salesforce or Snowflake
  • Knowledge of data governance in AI/ML contexts
  • Familiarity with tools such as Fivetran, Atlan, etc.
