We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a machine learning proof-of-concept within a large-scale operational environment. This is a high-impact role focused on stakeholder coordination, system integration, and delivery of AI-driven insights, with strong potential to expand into broader AI initiatives over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple stakeholder groups across different departments with varying priorities
- Manage integration points between a machine learning model and existing enterprise systems
- Work with operational KPIs and dashboards used at scale across a nationwide network
- Build strong relationships proactively and drive clarity in an environment where requirements are not always well defined
- Ensure smooth delivery across a multi-supplier landscape
Required Experience
- Proven track record delivering technology transformation projects (Cloud, integrations, migrations)
- Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale, multi-supplier environments
- Background in operational industries such as Logistics, Retail, or Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean delivery approaches
- Ability to differentiate machine learning vs. generative AI concepts
