We're hiring an AI Product Lead to help shape and deliver enterprise-wide AI strategy within a prestigious Banking organisation. This is a high-impact role with genuine executive visibility, focused on identifying where AI can create business value, defining the roadmap, and turning ambition into tangible outcomes across the organisation.
Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to translate emerging AI capabilities, including LLMs, RAG, Document Intelligence, and Agentic AI, into commercially meaningful products and initiatives across areas such as Customer, Operations, Risk, and Corporate Functions. Rather than delivering isolated use cases, you'll be responsible for driving a coordinated approach to AI adoption, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business priorities and delivering measurable value.
