TRIA are partnered with a luxury retailer whose timeless style and excellent craftsmanship are world renowned. Due to the rapid scale of growth, we are seeking a proactive and communicative Business Systems Manager who is ready to evolve with the company. This is a brilliant opportunity to oversee core technology functions and ensure they run smoothly and evolve in support of the business.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Systems Manager:

• Own and maintain the core business systems, including NetSuite (ERP), Shopify (e commerce), Sittoo (POS), Ometria (CRM), and associated tools.
• Oversee and manage the data integrations between systems, including our SQL-based reporting database and Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Managing projects to improve existing systems start to finish.

Essential Skills of the Business Systems Manager:

• 2 – 5 years experience in the retail space managing business systems.
• Strong experience managing ERP, e-commerce, CRM and POS systems, ideally NetSuite and Shopify.
• Confident working with SQL-based reporting tools and data flows.
• Able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
