Reporting to the Transformation Director, this is a key role for our client with responsibility for managing strategic change across the organisation for a major IT transformation programme. You will shape and deliver strategic change initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between people, processes, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple business change programmes.
- Partner with senior leaders to define and deliver transformation goals.
- Build a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure measurable benefits are achieved.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading large-scale organisational change.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills at executive level.
- Expertise in change management frameworks and business transformation.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge/experience of Oracle Fusion would be advantageous.
This is a key role - hybrid working at least 2 days per week in London with some additional travel - so flexibility is key. Please apply with CV.
