Contract Business Analyst Business Analyst x2 – Digital Transformation – Retail Location: Southampton (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite per week) Our client is undergoing a major digital transformation and currently seeking two experienced Contract Business Analysts to support two critical initiatives within their digital portfolio. Projects: Help deliver a seamless customer experience by enabling unified login credentials across pre-booking and post-booking digital channels. Payments Platform with Promotions Capability: Support the implementation of a modern payments platform that will enable dynamic pricing and personalised promotions for customers, drawing on retail-style “pricing and promotions” strategies to drive spend and commercial uplift. 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally in large, complex organisations. ~ Experience delivering both small-scale and enterprise-wide digital initiatives. ~ Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. ~ Confident working across global teams, including offshore stakeholders. ~ Comfortable working on product and technology change in digital environments. ~ Experience supporting platform implementations or customer experience transformations. ~ Understanding of digital customer journeys and platform integrations.
