An established and growing organisation within the vegetation management, landscaping, and arboriculture sector is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support its commercial team.

The Role
- You’ll support the commercial function with a focus on value management and cost control across multiple projects.
- Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and submitting applications, invoices, and monthly valuations
- Supporting cost tracking, reporting, and post-contract cost control
- Assisting with Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events
- Ensuring all commercial processes meet client deadlines and requirements
About You
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Understanding of NEC contracts
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Confident working with digital/commercial systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence
