A Typical Day-to-Day:
- You will lead the end-to-end delivery of the group's platform to customers, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation.
- Working closely with customer success, engineering, data, and design teams, you will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, and ensure clients have a seamless journey from kickoff to go-live.
