We're massively excited to be recruiting exclusively for a Technical Project Manager to join a dynamic, Start Up-style team within a global, data-driven organisation. Think fast-moving, collaborative, and autonomous - no slow processes and red tape here!

A Typical Day-to-Day

  • You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of the groups platform to customers, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation.
  • Working closely with customer success, engineering, data, and design teams, you’ll be a dab hand at coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, and ensuring clients have a seamless journey from kickoff to go-live.

The Work You’ll Own:

  • Lead the seamless onboarding and implementation of the platform.
  • Keep projects on track, managing timelines, risks, and priorities.
  • Coordinate technical delivery, including any customisations or data work.
  • Track progress, report updates, and ensure smooth collaboration across team.

You’re likely someone with 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, who thrives in client-facing roles and complex, cross-functional environments. You take ownership, proactively solve problems, and can communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Agile and Scrum experience is going to be pretty important for this one.
