A Typical Day-to-Day
- You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of the groups platform to customers, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation.
- Working closely with customer success, engineering, data, and design teams, you’ll be a dab hand at coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, and ensuring clients have a seamless journey from kickoff to go-live.
The Work You’ll Own:
- Lead the seamless onboarding and implementation of the platform.
- Keep projects on track, managing timelines, risks, and priorities.
- Coordinate technical delivery, including any customisations or data work.
- Track progress, report updates, and ensure smooth collaboration across team.
