We’re partnering with a rapidly growing hospitality and retail brand at a truly exciting stage in their journey. With plans to massively grow their sites over the next five years, they need an experienced Business Analyst to help map their current systems landscape, bring clarity to legacy processes, and support smarter ways of working.

You’ll work across the business, engaging with internal teams and third-party suppliers to understand how systems, contracts and processes currently connect - and where improvements can be made.

  • Producing clear process maps and practical recommendations that help the business see progress and benefits
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and taking people on the journey without adding unnecessary governance
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM in fast-paced / entrepreneurial environments
  • Commercial awareness, including confidence reviewing contracts, invoices and licence arrangements
