We are recruiting a Regional Sales Rep to sell software solutions to Farmers, landowners, and agribusinesses across the South East UK region. This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships within the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline within your territory.
- Identify and win new customers in the farming and agribusiness market.
- Deliver on-site and virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Attend agricultural shows and industry events to generate new leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within agriculture, agritech, or software.
- Strong understanding of the farming and agricultural sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

- Full UK driving licence required.
Package
- £40,000 base salary
- 10% commission on all product and training sold
