We are working with an established consultancy made up of a passionate team of technologists and problem solvers dedicated to helping manufacturers transform their operations. By combining front-line expertise, modern technologies, and industrial know-how, they deliver solutions that make a tangible difference on the shop floor.

The Digital Manufacturing Engineer will work directly with customers and as part of their manufacturing solutions team to design, build, and implement digital solutions using their front-line operations platform (Tulip). You will bridge the gap between technology and manufacturing operations, ensuring that solutions are practical, intuitive, easy to use, and impactful. Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience building data and technology solutions for industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • AWS Certified Engineer with hands‑on experience setting up, securing, and managing AWS infrastructure and services.
  • Understanding of hybrid architectures (Cloud / Edge) and their application in manufacturing contexts.
  • Experience working with machine connectivity, industrial protocols, and edge computing frameworks.
  • Practical experience developing or deploying applications for operators on the shop floor.
  • Experience developing in AWS-compatible programming languages, such as Python, Node.js (JavaScript / TypeScript), Java, or .NET (C#).
  • Problem‑solving skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for applying technology to real‑world challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in customer‑facing environments.
  • Commitment to human‑centred and people‑centric design principles.

The role is based remote, with expectations to travel to clients 2–4 days per month depending on requirements. The package on offer includes a 10% bonus and private healthcare.
