They are running a major HR transformation programme, harmonising core people processes such as onboarding, probation and offboarding across regions worldwide, in support of a global shared services model. We're looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join this programme. You'll work closely with HR, Legal and technology stakeholders to simplify and standardise processes so they can be delivered consistently by shared service teams globally. Experience in business process analysis, process design, or service design, with a focus on simplifying and standardising processes Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance, without close oversight Comfort operating across global and local process variations, ideally within a shared services context It would be a bonus if you have: Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket/workflow management platforms Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 5 business days.
