A Typical Day-to-Day
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of the group's platform to customers, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation. Working closely with customer success, engineering, data, and design teams, you will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, and ensure clients have a seamless journey from kickoff to go-live.
