We're looking for a hands-on Security/Infrastructure Engineer with a strong security mindset to join a lean IT team in a hybrid cloud environment (Azure, M365, on-prem AD). This is a 60% infrastructure / 30% security role - you'll be responsible for maintaining core systems while also investigating and responding to security alerts (Darktrace / SOC tools).
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and support Azure, M365, VMware & on-prem AD environments
- Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents
- Support day-to-day infrastructure operations across a hybrid setup
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain and improve systems & security
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience in infrastructure / systems engineering
- Good understanding of networking, Microsoft stack & hybrid environments
- Experience investigating security alerts / incidents (SOC tools, Darktrace etc.)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
The Details
- £300 - £350 per day
- Hybrid (1-2 days onsite)
- Initial 3 months (Highly likely extension)
