We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Delivery Manager to support a large, company-wide transformation within a complex logistics organisation. This individual will take ownership of an end-to-end CRM initiative, with a strong focus on Salesforce (ideally including Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud). The role requires someone who is equally comfortable leading delivery, shaping governance, and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of CRM/Salesforce projects, ideally having previously led a full lifecycle Salesforce implementation.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity, momentum, and alignment across workstreams.
- Manage and coordinate activity with a third-party, ensuring delivery quality and accountability.
- Apply robust RAID management, status reporting, and governance routines across the programme.
- Work within an agile delivery environment, while recognising that not all work will be agile - someone who can flex between Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches as the organisation matures.
- Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across a complex business, ensuring clear communication and expectation-setting.
- Support the broader transformation effort, contributing to structure, process maturity, and delivery discipline.
- Maintain a hands-on attitude - someone comfortable 'rolling their sleeves up' to solve problems and remove blockers.
Required Experience
- Proven track record as a Delivery Manager delivering CRM or Salesforce-led programmes.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and ideally Data Cloud.
- Strong background working with third-party SIs and vendor delivery teams.
- Confident managing RAID, governance forums, reporting, and steering-level updates.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, complex environments, ideally within logistics or similarly operationally challenging sectors.
- Resilient, pragmatic, and solution-driven - able to navigate ambiguity and bring structure where needed.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
