You'll be the key link between clients and internal teams, leading cross-functional delivery to agreed scope, timelines, quality and commercial objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of client implementation programmes from initiation through to completionAct as the key client interface, ensuring expectations are understood, managed and metCreate, maintain and manage delivery plans, schedules, milestones and project governanceCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery activity is aligned, prioritised and progressing effectivelyManage scope, quality, risks, issues, dependencies and change control throughout the delivery lifecycleWork closely with commercial teams to manage budgets, revenue, costs and contractual considerationsSupport project retrospectives, post-implementation reviews and smooth transition into BAUWe are looking forExperience leading client implementation or the delivery of technology transformation programmes within the Wealth Management financial technology environment.
