We are representing a highly prestigious and industry-leading luxury consumer goods brand looking for a Support Analyst to join their collaborative team. This role has great progression opportunities, and the business is willing to support career development through service desk, infrastructure, security, or cloud.

As the Support Analyst, you will be working in the End User Support team and provide day-to-day 1st and 2nd line support to business employees for all office systems and technical infrastructure, serving Execs, colleagues and (indirectly) customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient 1st & 2nd line support for all IT systems and technical infrastructure along with maintaining operations for all system processes.
  • Act as a contact point between customer base and systems/technical specialists during times of business operation.
  • Maintain a robust process of logging and assigning issues and service requests to the relevant support team members and external suppliers.
  • Provide issue resolution within the assigned Service Level Agreements and proactively reduce the opportunity for calls.

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk position.
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft desktop support/O365 applications.
  • Exposure with LAN/WAN & WiFi technologies.
  • A proactive and adaptable individual, with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
