You'll take ownership of a PM community of eight, developing the team, improving ways of working and ensuring a busy portfolio of BAU and operational projects is delivered effectively. Projects could include new site and acquisition mobilisations, network and infrastructure deployment, technology lifecycle programmes and real estate-related technology change. Working as part of the wider technology leadership team, you'll help assess new technology initiatives and turn them into practical, deliverable solutions across a complex multi-business environment. Experience leading and developing Project Managers. Experience managing multiple concurrent BAU and project initiatives. Strong stakeholder management skills. A genuine passion for developing people and building a positive, high-performing team culture. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in organisations with a large, operationally focused workforce, such as those in retail, travel, hospitality, logistics or other multi-site environments.
