This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Business Change function delivering complex transformation across people, process and technology.
You’ll work alongside an experienced portfolio team, leading strategic programmes with real organisational impact while engaging and influencing senior stakeholders at Executive and Board level.
The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of large-scale, enterprise-wide programmes from initiation through to successful delivery and business adoption.
Working across multiple business functions, you’ll ensure change is delivered effectively, benefits are realised and programmes remain aligned to strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include: Leading complex business change programmes from inception through to operational handover.
Providing strategic leadership across programme planning, governance, delivery and benefits realisation.
Owning programme risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and resource planning.
Building trusted relationships with Executive and Board-level stakeholders, providing clear reporting and strategic direction.
Leading and influencing cross-functional, matrix-managed teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Managing programme budgets ranging from 250k to 10m.
Overseeing third-party suppliers and ensuring strong commercial and delivery governance.
Driving continuous improvement across programme management practices and delivery standards.
About You You’ll be an accomplished Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex business change across large, matrix organisations.
Equally comfortable setting strategic direction as you are navigating delivery challenges, you’ll be a confident communicator with the credibility to influence at every level.
We’re looking for experience in: End-to-end delivery of large-scale business change programmes.
Enterprise transformation across people, process and technology.
Strong programme governance, planning, risk and dependency management.
Senior stakeholder engagement, including Executive and Board-level reporting.
Leading matrix teams across multiple workstreams and disciplines.
Budget ownership and supplier management.
Delivering change within structured programme environments.
MSP and PRINCE2 experience is essential, with certification highly desirable.
