Salary: Β£54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering Workforce Management (WFM) projects.
  • Strong project management background within technology, digital, or operational transformation environments.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum certifications are advantageous.
  • German language skills are beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Workforce Management and digital transformation projects.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, RAID logs, reporting and governance.
  • Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure successful go-live planning, deployment and hypercare support.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery.

We are supporting a global organisation with operations across multiple European markets in the search for a Technology Project Manager. This is a permanent IT Project Manager – WFM role based in London on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week in our London office. The role includes infrequent, fully expensed travel to Europe. We offer a competitive salary, a 20% bonus and benefits. In this role, we are looking for someone to play a key part in delivering business-critical Workforce Management and technology transformation projects across Continental Europe within a complex multi-site environment.
