We are representing a prestigious business based in Clifton, Bristol, that values integrity, spirit, and resilience. They are looking for a Senior IT Technician to join their enterprise level IT department.

As the IT Technician, you will perform remote and onsite support to customers through a ticketing system, resolving incidents and service requests quickly and efficiently. You will gain exposure to a range of technologies and have the opportunity to further develop your skills.

We are looking for:

• Tech savvy individuals, ideally with a technical background/education
• Knowledge of Active Directory

It would be a bonus if you had:

• Experience with the Google software suite
• Experience supporting hardware including PCs, phones, and printers
