You will be responsible for shaping the technical aspects of bids, ensuring that technology solutions are clearly articulated, compelling, and aligned with customer requirements.Key Responsibilities of the IT Bid Manager / Technical Bid Lead:Review tender documents and extract all technology-related requirementsLead the coordination and development of the technical components of bid submissionsGather information on technology products, platforms, and services to support bid responsesCreate compelling technical narratives that clearly communicate the organisation’s technology capabilities and solutionsWork closely with Product, Platform, Architecture, and Technology teams to develop accurate and competitive responsesEngage with third-party suppliers and partners to obtain relevant technical content and supporting informationEnsure all technical bid deliverables are completed accurately, consistently, and within submission deadlinesSupport continuous improvement of bid processes, content libraries, and response qualityTo be successful in this role, you’ll bring:Previous experience in bid preparation, bid management, or proposal management within a technology-focused environmentExperience working within the transport, logistics or another similar industryStrong ability to interpret tender requirements and translate technical information into clear, customer-focused bid contentFor further information, please apply online.
