TRIA is a specialist technology recruitment consultancy, partnering with a range of well-known UK organisations. We're looking for a part time Credit Controller to support our finance function and help keep our billing and cashflow processes running smoothly. This is a 15-hour-per-week role, ideal for someone seeking flexibility or looking to build further experience within a finance role.

The Role

Working alongside our Finance Controller, you'll play a key part in day-to-day credit control activities and client liaison. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the management of outstanding invoices
  • Chasing payments by email and phone in a professional, friendly manner
  • Allocating payments and keeping records up to date
  • Assisting with invoice queries and resolving issues
  • Providing general support to the finance team as needed

About You

  • Some exposure to a finance, accounts, or credit control environment (this could be from a previous role, placement, or part of a wider admin position)
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
