A newly created Project Manager position within one of Bristol's leading employers, sitting within a growing Transformation and Technology function, supporting an exciting programme of AI, innovation and digital transformation. This is a great opportunity for a PM who enjoys working across people, process and technology, with the chance to help shape how Agile and Scrum ways of working are adopted across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver transformation projects across IT, Business Services and Innovation
- Work closely with BA's, IT Solutions, Change and Test teams
- Support Agile and Scrum delivery, including facilitating ceremonies and workshops
- Take innovative ideas from early stages through to wider implementation
- Support AI, automation and emerging technology initiatives
- Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies and project delivery
- Help improve processes and ways of working across the business
Your background
- Strong Project Management experience
- Practical Agile / Scrum Master experience
- Experience delivering technology, transformation or innovation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment with some ambiguity
- Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology
- Azure DevOps experience would be beneficial
- Legal or professional services experience is a bonus, not essential
