Role expectations:
- Leading functional design and solution architecture discussions across the business
- Analyse business processes and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 configurations and solutions
- Support end to end project delivery including testing, training and go live support
- Provide guidance on platform governance, data quality, release management, and system optimisation
- Work efficiently within large, complex, multisystem organisations and navigate competing priorities and work closely with QA teams to implement test plans
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- Solid R2R process experience & Dynamics F&O knowledge
- Strong knowledge of key D365 finance modules (AP, AR, GL, PMA, HR, Bank & Budgets)
- Hands on experience working with cross functional teams in enterprise scale implementations or transformations
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and data flows between D365 and external systems. Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A background in finance is highly desirable
