TRIA Recruitment are a Bristol-based Tech and Digital recruitment consultancy with ambitious growth plans throughout 2026. Since launching in 2015, we’ve built a strong reputation in the market and are now looking to expand significantly over the coming years. We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Bristol office and play a key role in our continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in recruitment within a supportive, high-performing environment.
The Role:
- As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with experienced consultants and leadership to learn the full 360 recruitment process within the Tech & Digital space.
- You’ll be supported to develop your skills in business development, candidate management, and client relationship building.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates within the Tech & Digital market
- Supporting senior consultants on live roles and client accounts
- Building and developing your own network of candidates and clients
- Managing candidate processes from initial contact through to placement
- Learning consultative sales techniques and market knowledge
- Working towards individual and team targets in a collaborative environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to build a career in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A natural relationship builder with a consultative approach
- Previous sales, customer-facing, or recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
