- Ensure development teams fully understand the “why” behind every requirement and deliver high‑quality, meaningful product increments.
- Review completed work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory standards.
- Drive Agile Excellence
- Support backlog prioritisation and ensure that all items are well‑defined, estimated, and ready for development.
- Communicate product requirements with clarity and confidence to developers, testers, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Continuously refine and update the backlog based on evolving business or customer needs.
- Champion User Experience
- Partner with UX/UI teams to review design concepts and break them down into actionable work.
- Demonstrate new features to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to build understanding, alignment, and excitement.
- Support Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Development to provide timelines and effort estimates.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer‑facing teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to product documentation, including release notes, user manuals, process flows, and known‑issue logs.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent understanding of Epics, Features, and User Story development.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Confluence.
- Background in product planning, user research, and roadmap development.
- Experience in exploratory testing or supporting testing workflows (advantageous).
- Clinical industry experience (required), including knowledge of:
- Clinical trial processes

Skills

- A detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for quality.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and confidence working within cross‑functional teams.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: ÂŁ65,000 - ÂŁ70,000 Depending on Experience
- Flexible, remote‑first working.
- Generous holiday as standard: 27 days holiday, with a company shutdown between Christmas and New Year.
- Extra holiday on top: For every full year you are with TRI, you will earn an extra day of holiday, up to a maximum of 30 days.
- Carefully considered, market‑leading salaries with annual reviews.
