Tri Talent Resourcing is assisting a fast-growth West London manufacturing group to appoint an HR Director / Chief People Officer.

The role will design and deliver a group-wide people strategy as the business scales, with regular UK travel and a base in West London / Thames Valley.

You will sit on the senior leadership team, shaping talent, leadership bench and integration playbooks for acquisitions, while protecting founder-led culture and values.
